MetSender stands behind the value of our services. However, due to the nature of digital products and credit usage, our policy is as follows:

1. Credits & Usage

Credits purchased are non-refundable once used

Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You haven't launched any campaign using those credits
  • There's a technical issue preventing usage that we couldn't resolve

2. Exceptions

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • System errors

3. Requesting a Refund

  • Your account email
  • Purchase receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

We'll respond within 3–5 business days
